On the day of your appointment, you’ll receive a text reminder with a secure link. Tap the link, allow camera and microphone access, and your provider will join you in a private video room. Choose a quiet, well-lit space.

 

Yes—phone (audio-only) visits are available if arranged in advance when you schedule. If you prefer a phone visit, let our team know when booking.

Stay on the call—your provider may be finishing with another patient. If you’ve waited more than 10 minutes past your start time, please call or text 209-850-3500 and we’ll assist you.
